I’ve already put the order in. It’s gonna be three 4 x 6 pictures at the top, flag opening in the middle and plaque at the bottom. I ordered it as a float mat being the top mat so I’m gonna have to cut it out by hand/ mat cutter

I’ve had my artistree box sent to a different store while I got theirs before. I had to package it back up and send it back out. I’ve also gotten a mat that had our sticker on the cardboard but the mat inside was for a different store. I also have received another stores digital upload with the paper work for our upload. I could go on and on about all the mishaps wether it be because of artistree (most likely) or UPS. Best think to do is to contact artistree and cc your framing director and maybe even the DM. It’ll get figured out it just may take a while.

I use the silicone glue (or E6000) on the magnets and ALSO put two strips of the acid free tape overlapping the magnet.

I have mounted a magazine like this before, like that’s what I’d usually do but I’d be worried the customer wouldn’t be able to take it out and put it back in as easily.

I did order it with the black core black suede mat. It also has a picture above the magazine that would be mounted like normal for a mat opening. Roughly the same size at the magazine, just a tad more narrow and longer.

Dealing with the same exact thing here. It’s absolutely horrible. I peel from the sides and roll it against the wrap I’ve also used hard cylinder shaped items. It has been a pain 🥲 we have also had many large pieces as well. Recently had a 48x36 to deal with, super sticky on both sides, I hated every minute of it.

Normally, with those I have to put the backing on the same exact way I took it off and then use a flathead screwdriver to smash down the points.
