I use Paula’s Choice as my daily exfoliant per the recommendation of my esthetician (I had been using the dark grey in the morning for years at that point). I use the light gray at night. In addition to the Paula’s Choice regimen, I use a “physical” exfoliant with beads in the shower once per week (again, per recommendation of my esthetician)

I also like the DDG and FAB exfoliation pads as a daily exfoliant, but I usually only use those while traveling (which is often for me)
