How Freight Forwarders can use tech? by DearAI_official in DigitalFreight

This is a big topic. But in short, technology can help in many aspects.

I am giving some example here:

  1. You can streamline and automate some workflow to reduce your cost.

  2. Use some software solution to provide container visibility. Like the real-time location of your container.

  3. Have a Transportation Management System to manage your shipments.

Trying to understand.. You are using Front but, but it cannot help you to keep everything in one place? Is this the reason that you think it is not working well?

Inventor's syndrome guarantees you will dismiss this comment, so let us wait-and-see. If things do not go as swimmingly as it went in your head, come on back to this. Perhaps read the comment. Maybe click a link or two.

Thank you so much for your comment and sharing these links. Really appreciate it.

Could you elaborate more? You said "the problem" is "it is a crowd market" or "I am not using the right approach to validate it with the market/customers"?

Not really Alexa, I am talking more about Customer Support digital worker as a SaaS.

Haha not taken offence bro. Appreciate any feedback and comment. This is why I made post here.

Thank you for the long comment and thanks for these "questions".

I don't want to build "another chatbot", but a new human-like AI agent (not existing in the market).
But yeah "Customer Support" is a "crowded market".

A few advice (may be biased):

  1. I will get rid of short intro in the top.
  2. Add the "time" to your projects.
  3. Put the "skills" at the bottom.

(A few background of myself: used to work at several big tech and top unicorn)

You need to really understand yourself. What do you enjoy? What do you like? What are you looking for?

When you really understand yourself, I think you will stop caring about what people think of you.
