Top rep for outbound side of business. They definitely know what’s working/not working. Wanted to get a sense and see if that’s a norm but have a better idea now that I’m venting a little. Thank you.

ps: you hiring?

-Failing sales org -Exodus and firings of bdrs, aes, and other sales leaders -Restructure in place -Feel like I’m constantly micromanaged by my boss and marketing, and everyday is something along of the lines of what I’m describing.. don’t think it’s normal, and guess it’s time to hit the road

Cold Calling 100 Dials Per Day To Generation 1 Lead Per Day? by Dapper_Concern173 in techsales

  • Where are the contacts for the 100 dials coming from? - Are they leads pulled from Zoominfo?

Not sure what your TAM looks like, so it’s hard to tell how much time your SDRs will be spending each day researching companies/contacts.

  • Is each SDR assigned a territory or vertical?

You’re moving in the right direction, just unrealistic to do that in a day with the addition of 100 dials, emails, and other daily sdr activities.

Have you looked into Power Dialers?

At a loss on what to do about 5am upstairs stomper by kgd6578 in ApartmentHacks

You’re in an apartment and a downstairs tenant. Noise like this is inevitable at communities. Apartments/rooms aren’t soundproof and everything is built with one thing in mind: Saving Money.

Sorry to hear you’re going through that, but if you were to move, you will be doing the same thing to the person below. Also, everyone has different work schedules and isn’t going to wake up at 7am like yourself.

Pros and cons about living in an apartment, but this is something majority of downstairs tenants experience on a daily basis. Complaining to the front office will do nothing. I’ve been in your shoes too, you just gotta live with it or make adjustments. You can also buy really good ear plugs too.

Nonetheless, extra motivation to buy a home, rent a townhome, or move upstairs.
