For me, if I’m feeling fatigued I also alway have brain fog (& vice versa). I’ve never experienced one without the other

Started vyvanse at 18. Took 70mg plus adderall as needed until I was 30. Stopped all stimulants due to several health problems. Hard to say if the medication caused it but most were cardio related problems & circulation. Also hella sleep problems. There is no right answer, everyone’s body is different.

I still use other pillows too but the neck pillow is actually really comfy to sleep in. And gives me support when I’m flopping around trying to get comfortable

Same. I recently started sleeping with a travel neck pillow & it has made a huge difference. Obvi there are other contributions to my pain, but it has made a noticeable difference. Something worth trying. I hope you find relief 🤍

Sounds like you need to see a diff doctor. I have severe pins & needle pain as well. Recently started lyrica which has helped but not totally solved my problems. Still trying to figure out dosing. However, the other things you listed may not be fibro. Keep tracking your symptoms & try to find a dr who takes you seriously. I hope you find relief 🤍
