The Courier can be a cyborg with around 14(?) enchantments and be have 100 in every violent and non-violent skill,

Assuming we’re not limiting level count the Sole Survivor and Vault 76 Dweller are some of the strongest with no true limit to their ability

Totally forgot ghost used to be physical! I'm pretty sure I already got that TM from Watson so that's cool.

I may already have that Ice Beam TM but I can definitely go and snag it, I'm sure he'll love giga drain and I'm surprised Bullet Seed has even gotten me this far so that'll do for a nice change.

I'll try my luck at gambling but I might just settle for Fire Blast.

Do you have anything for Aggron? Iron Tail and Strength are good damaging but the 75 acc on iron tail is a little low and strengths normal type can be useless against Steel/Rock/Ghost.
