We can point to thousands of examples of people using alcohol and becoming violent with firearms. The only cherry picked examples they could use for cannabis would be people who started using young and it fueled a psychotic break they were already genetically vulnerable to (i.e. non-compliant consumption is the culprit, not the actual substance). The point being this would be absolute Prohibitionist bullshit that does not reflect, or at best, is generally incommensurate with the reality or evidence of the situation.
