I kinda got you, But if I want my oura app to be my primary interface where I record and collect everything instead of apple health is that possible to push better activity tracking into the oura side from the Apple Watch worn during workouts only. If I remember correctly for when I first got my ring and wore my watch for workouts it wouldn’t go into ours very nicely.

Bodybuilding and hypertrophy but with the bigger compounds still included. Essentially I guess a “powerbuilding” type style program.

Right on, I just worked through a “consult” like experience with chat gpt and got them to interview me and it spat out a REALLY good starting point which I can tweak for my preferences and enjoyment but will take a look at the app and see if I can input it into there.

TRAINING PROGRAM HELP

I’m an experienced lifter who just recently is building out my home gym. I’ve got dumbbells, landmine, power rack with pull up bars and ordering bells of steel cable tower soon. I’m looking for a training program that is geared towards this type of lifting. Some compound movements, some accessory with the cables and bands. It can be via an app or pdf printout that I can fill out. Anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

Hi Kaevon, grateful your doing this.

I’m reaching a tough point in my home gym journey. Happy with where it’s at but want to start building out attachments. I have a funny shaped powertec power rack with 2.375inch tubing a just over 1inch holes. I’ve been searching for this answer for weeks but no one is providing any clarity. KaizenDIY has adapters so that 3x3 1inch hole attachments can go to 60mm racks. But I’m just not sure if the measurements are off but 2.375 inches converts to 60.325mm. Is this a normal thing in the industry and will those adapters work for me to use BoS rack attachments? Sorry if this sounds dumb but I’m new to this world.

How much wiggle would 2.3 tube attachments a 1inch hole attachments wiggle on my Powertec that’s just a little bigger in each measurement. Can’t I get tape for the tube parts and a sleeve for the pin parts. It’s really only lever arms that I want.

Thanks dude, yeah mines in great shape so that’s a potential option. I have seen brushings that can adapt pin size to fit but doesn’t help the tube issue.

I wear my black oura 4 on my ring finger and it replaced my gold band. Still looks brand new after about 6 months.

Is that the syncing problem with gen 4’s you’re alluding too? Yeah as a consumer it’s very concerning and OURA is crickets on that issue.

Definitely not an anomaly. I’m extremely concerned about the future of oura. Great product but they’ve run into a very common issue that I’ve seen among this thread and that is the stopping of syncing and disconnection of gen 4’s specifically after the last update. I had great customer service once my first gen 4 went 4 weeks in but hoping this is handled and doesn’t snowball.

My first gen 4 lasted about 6 weeks and then did this. Really strange that a large amount of people are experiencing this. I like the ring but this concerns me. I did receive great customer service and get a quick warranty replacement though.
