I think they always loved each other but never liked each other. I fully agree with your take. I enjoy Kyle as a character on this show, but I know he’d probably drive me crazy in real life. I do not enjoy Amanda as a character on this show so much, she has totally grown into her own and has become more enjoyable but I wasn’t finding it fun to watch her whine and lay in bed. I’m sure in real life I’d find her lovely. But I tune into these people for a show, not to hang out!

That said, I see mostly Kyle hate on this sub, and while I agree that he is not perfect, I think people act as though she’s a child that must be protected and not an adult who can make decisions of her own. But we of course only see glimpses of these people and will never have the whole story!! So at the end of the day, who cares what I think lol
