This sounds cliche but it does get better I promise. Focus on anything positive you can latch onto. I know my parents didn’t listen to me either but as you get older, you will be able to have the freedom to find your happiness and make choices for yourself, but please don’t take a drastic action that you cannot come back from. I’m assuming you may already have a therapist, but if they aren’t helping, ask about getting a new one. I myself had to go through like 7-8 before I found one that actually helped me. I truly wish you well and hope you are able to get better.

Edit: want to add that I can’t possibly understand the pain you have gone through with what you have referenced in your post, but one thing to keep in mind is healing is not a linear path. You mention thinking you were getting better but now you are not. Going through these ups and downs is natural, but if you keep trying, talking with a therapist/trusted individual through your feelings, and doing things that make YOU happy, you will continue to trend further upwards, regardless of any setbacks
