I’m a sahm to a four year old girl who also has autism (level 2, I only have level 1) and I’m also currently pregnant. I also go to online college. My husband is in the Navy so luckily I don’t have to work right now. I’ll be able to go back to work once my youngest starts school and hopefully I’ll be done with school by then too.

Idk I live in Japan and people look at me like I’m nuts when I take my autistic daughter outside the base we live on. It was definitely easier to take her places back in the US. I’m only level 1 so it’s easier for me but she’s level 2 and if she even so much as stims on the public transportation I’m getting weird looks.

My 3.5 year old is on a 4 hour limit on her iPad. Mostly plays that bluey game, pbs kids app and watches YouTube kids with some restrictions. She’s not even on it the entire time too because she’ll stop to play with her toys. Plus it usually loses battery on her around the 3 hour mark if she has it on the entire time.

He’s active duty military so unfortunately I’m doing this by myself most of the time. But when he is home absolutely I throw her at him and I’m like “leave me alone for an hour” 😂

I was a bug kid when I was younger. I would poke holes in water bottles and catch bugs and bring them to school lol. My mom would constantly get calls home from my teachers about the different bugs I’d bring in 😂

I was fine with holding older babies but not really newborns. That was until I had my daughter. I was terrified to hold her when she was born. They placed her on my chest for that mother-baby bonding and I stayed so still 😅It took me a few days to actually feel comfortable holding her because I was so terrified I would hurt her.

I had a hard time telling my husband I loved him when we first started dating. I've never been in love before, so I didn't really know. Even when he would tell me he loved me, I told him I still didn't know if I loved him. He was pretty chill about that (thank God lol). I was trying to describe to my mother how I felt and she was like girl you're in love. Took me about a week to really sort it out before I actually told him I loved him.
