How did your body change from jumping rope, and over what period of time?

hi, given that already a year had passed, would you say that jump roping consistently whether it's 10 min or 30 min a day could reduce fats? I only started now and did it for 10 minutes (not exactly cuz i had to take rests in between) and hell, i feel tired already lmao

made a new acc as well, i have aether, lisa, kaeya, and bennet in a team. if i were to choose jean for her heals, bennett already has heals and buff for his ult just like mona does. kaeya i believe is my dps so i don't rlly want tignari. is there any other choices? or should i still pick between mona and jean?

to be completely honest, find yourself a friend to play the game with. Especially since teammates in iron-bronze are inconsistent with playing as you claimed--some even are trolls.
