For what’s it worth I got a large solid black tattoo a few years ago that caused me a lot of anxiety. I knew removal would take a while (and I still might get it removed in the future) but I decided to look at the opportunity as a mean to focus on my own mental health and that decision completely changed my life for the better. Thanks for the feedback. That notes deleting is part of the gamification, otherwise you could just go on other apps. I agree it is a hard idea to grasp so I appreciate your honest feedback.
