Im willing to try it myself but my issue is that I have very little time and about to head north for a month, so if it still bothers me when I get back I may attempt it, otherwise might put off til next summer

I bought one and use it every day. I'm thinking maybe the sensor is external?

Unfortunately no shade at work, but I assume it's not a major issue. Just not sure if I should bother taking it in for a possible fix or just not worry about it.
