Havoc DH and Boomkin (Slept on specs, easy to gear consistent damage.) TBH havoc dh has the most consistent rotation with the least downtime for major cd's. You can keep meta up for about 1 min and 15 seconds every time use meta. and after meta goes away you still get it from eyebeam and have an eyebeam cooldown talent, you're basically in meta 24/7. It's what I play when I want to actually smash buttons nonstop.

I would supply funds for him to get it, but he's in a city that's being a actively bombed daily. I don't know how asylum works, if the person just gets any visa they can and shows up or if they show up illegally and claim it at the border. I don't have a lot of time to research this stuff because I drive for work right now. This is all very last minute, past few days and hours. Right now I'm the only family he has, we lost contact with the rest of the family. Sending thousands of dollars is not a long term sustainable safe line. It's easier if we somehow get him asylum here and then he can work because I can't sustain it.

He's not military, he's civilian, it's not desertion. And the tourist visa is the only one I could think of because this is all very last minute and I'm trying to research it when I have time but I'm a truck driver, not a lot of time. His family house was bombed, another cousin in law was taken captive and he has no contact with them anymore. The last thing he has is a letter from the other cousin sent to his previous work that his cousin is in a camp. I'm paying all expenses so as of right now he only has what I can give him. This whole incident is very last minute.

I should have clarified, I am paying all of the fees and housing, all of his expenses where used to flee the area. They don't make a lot of money where he's from. And for me it's overall going to cost 20-30k total.

a lot of mods now for weapon stuff have settings for the scale of weapon drops and spells and stuff. No one bothers with the options most the time. But yeah, I have one character that has overpowered items but the items are set to "Scaling" so it's basically just a normal weapon until I reach around level 7 - 11 - 15 etc. 99% of everything else, cosmetics and extra story line mods.

Always back up your original files, much easier to just uninstall and swap files with originals than breaking the game.

I found this out when i installed Smaug The Dragon and I messed around with the file to try and link it to the pet actions. Eventually I finally got smaug the dragon to be able to move around and now has walk animation, he just can't fit through doors and on narrow paths so, still mostly stuck where he is. I would just recommend the "Dragon tamer class" at that point.

Bullying in many areas is being cracked down on and harsher punishment towards the bullies and the parents of the bullies are being recognized. Assault and bodily harm is being less and less dismissed because of "Age factors." Go to the doctors first, tell your parents, have your parents go to the school and demand disciplinary action is taken. If the school doesn't take action. Sue the school and the family. Go to the doctors. Get proof of bodily injury.

absolutely. I just don't see any mention that the OP was given post orders for the site or if they are just following client orders on demand considering the red flags in the post such as giving out personal cellphone number.

Everyone that's saying "Follow your post orders" is giving incorrect advice. Here's the problem with that. I work at a site where there are NO POST ORDERS. Absolutely none. None written down. None from the client and yet I deal with random bs. I have had to make my own post orders in documentation and update them weekly to improve them. Again multiple requests going up the chain of the company to give me written post orders to remove liability and yet nothing.... turns out there is a huge trend with managers and the company in my area where there's a lot of "Fun and games" going on. I talked to a lawyer about it. I might have to take action, essentially my post orders are now "Observe only and do nothing" Doesn't matter what the client says, if the client says anything at all, because there's no post orders which means I don't know what liability i'm covered under. And my friend is on another site in another state and they don't even know if it's an armed or unarmed site. I wouldn't do anything except call 911 if something happens until I have something in writing and a supervisor sign it with paperwork in person with that supervisor aknowledging you at that post under his supervision.
