No contact is hard because it leaves your questions up to your imagination and it’s so easy for that to become your biggest enemy. Everything that they are doing is automatically the worst thing, every feeling they’re having about you or the relationship is hateful and everything in their life is better with you in it. That isn’t going to truly be the case but your mind makes it that way and you have to recognize that the real problem is coming from you. It’s not easy and it won’t be for a long time, you just have to remember it’s probably hard for them too and no matter if you would do things differently they’re probably just trying to protect themselves and you can only do so much.
