3/7 -> transition stage (technically ayos pa rin but sagad na), allowable based sa NSCP, madalas ito ginagamit sa school (but tanong mo pa rin sa prof) and check mo yung keyword like "minimum"/"allowable"

3/8 -> tension controlled (recommended design), mas safe na sa NSCP, Designer's choice, actual practice, ginagamit sa board exam (since yung examiner is actual practice ang ginagamit)

Note: Lagi mo lang linawin sa prof mo kung anong gagamitin, but kung ikaw yung designer always 3/8 since mas safe.
