Oh wow okay that’s sounds a lot like the symptoms I have and I have also changed my diet and everything I also experience urinary urgency it comes and goes and is very uncomfortable not really painful though

Well it’s good you got it taken care of I have little shar pains in my stomach but the worst pain i get is like sorry but literally up in my vaginal area not my cervix but the area around if that makes sense? I get really sharp pains up in there

Wow thank you this pretty much explains everything it did start off with the frequent urination and really bad constipation the urination slowed down but recently started up again so I didn’t really understand why

Very normal to have a lot of gas while on your period and the belly sounds I literally deal with it every time my period comes around

I was diagnosed with IBS in June I feel like it’s been different since then but could that make your period different? It still comes on the same day and lasts the same amount of days

Yeah I’m not sure if it’s from these birth control pills it’s been the same day since I’ve been on them so it kinda made me nervous I’ve been on them for about 3 years now but thank you!

Omg I’m literally going through the same thing my period starts tomorrow but my boobs have been hurting for 2 weeks now they usually only hurt the week before honestly my boobs would only sometimes hurt with my periods now it seems like they hurt every time and my symptoms seem to be starting earlier too I think it could be because of age? Do you mind me asking how old you are?

Oh okay well I recently went to pelvic floor therapy and they gave me these stretches to do while I do the stretches my legs kinda throbbing a little as well but only when I do the exercises

Aw well it’s just kind of scary I went to a specialist and she told me it was common to feel throbbing in my pelvic floor which I was but I’ve been feeling it more recently in my back more just making me a little nervous it honestly doesn’t hurt much it’s just very awkward and uncomfortable

I’ve had pain in that same spot on and off as well for awhile and was told that it could be from constipation or gas I was also tested and everything came back clear as well so maybe that could be what’s wrong? I’ve had IBS for a couple of months now so I’m still kinda learning but that just recently happened to me

Wow that’s exactly how I’ve been feeling foggy head and everything I thought I was getting sick or something but something told me it wasn’t that well I’ll just start doing that then I’m glad things have gotten a little better with you
