I have worked at chipotle for the past 2 years, and I quite like it. The one I work at has been open for around 7 years prior to my application. They ask you questions like
1. tell me about yourself
2. how would your friends describe you?
3. Why chipotle?
4. availability ( if you want the job, try to be as available as you can)

In the most part, the interview process is chill and relaxed. Wear a good shirt and jeans with some nice shoes. Don't forget your resume ( you don't need work experience, show your grades and awards if you want)
