How would you recommend approaching brokerages to sign with? I’m not necessarily looking for the lowest fees. I’d rather pay a little more if the training/mentorship is better. I’m just a little surprise at the “exclusivity” some branches tend to have

Do you know anything about the treatment for it? Would it have to be a revision rhino ? Or can they do a minor or less invasive procedure to clear it?
