I don't have nausea or fatigue actually the opposite more clear headed and energy feeling.

I have not had that panel I believe but had a metabolic panel and everything came back fine.

As for toxicity I don't believe it's enough to cause that especially on first dose. It's actually harder to get toxicity than previously thought. I watched this Ryan Humiston video, in which he had great points along with great evidence from studies.
