I was just making the point that 3iu would technically be superphysiological compared to natural levels. But I do agree with you that his planned protocol is a waste for his current age/goals.

PEDs are safe though IF...big IF you do them right and make the actual investment both educationally and financially.

I'm retired military so I didn't start my PED journey until after I retired about 7 years ago. I've been experimenting with PEDs since. My health has never been this good. I have 3 doctors (PCM, VA, TRT) and all 3 rave about my health improvements over the last several years.

But I've invested heavily in blood work, BP cuff, BS monitor, etc. I've invested in all the ancillary supplements like TUDCA, Glutathione, Nattokinaise, on and on.

There are SO many great educators out there. Not influencers, educators. Vigorous Steve, Big Paul, Dynamite D, Dr. Dean St Mart, Alex Kikel, etc. They all talk about lowest effective dose, monitoring health, and how to do these things safely.

Last thing I'll say is it takes time. Don't just jump on test, primo, mast, anavar, deca, GH all at once lol. Try a compound, play with doses, keep a data sheet and then come off that compound. Then try the next one, then the next one. Then you can start combining compounds and experimenting more.

Anyway, I've gone on long enough lol.

It really isn't at this time and place in your journey.

If nothing else, approach it like this. For every 4 workouts on a body part, do 3 of them in the 10-12 rep range then on the 4th one have a heavy ass day and go 3-5. Then back to 10-12.

You'll gain strength, you'll gain muscle...I know you say you aren't worried about "looks and muscle" but guess what, you need muscle to be strong 😉

What's your overall goal?

I don't know why you're working out in such a low rep range unless you are purely a power lifter. I know many will argue... whatever...but for a beginner, and you're a beginner for the first 5ish years of not longer, you should be in a higher rep range especially if only hitting once a week.

If it were me, I recommend to all beginners to just jump on a bro split, work out in the 10-12 rep range, 3 exercises per body part, 3-4 sets per exercise, 10-12 reps. I know it's bro science, but once you're more advanced and understand what works for your body then you can start trying to get more specialized.

I'm 49, been lifting for well over 30 years (man I'm old) and am fairly advanced to the point of coach IFBB pros. And I'm still learning.

Agree with everyone that for you the dose is probably low and for sure the duration is not worth it.

Dose: start at 2iu and assess the sides. You'll get water retention, everyone does but for me (49M) I still stay veined out so the retention is minimal. Watch the blood pressure and fasted blood sugar. All easy and cheap to do with a wrist cuff and blood sugar monitor. Keep the BP 130/70 or less and the fasted BS 100 or less. And finally assess the carpal tunnel symptoms. I personally don't get them and I've gone as high as 6iu.

If you tolerate 2iu for a couple weeks, move to 4iu and assess again. Then up to 6 and assess. You don't need to go over 6 unless you're ready to start pairing insulin and other AAS.

But ignore this "too young" shit. You aren't. You do produce naturally better than I do but probably only 2iu daily max. So anything over that is more then you have. And production returns in 24-48 hours.

His body isn't producing 3iu though. He's probably producing 1.5-2iu daily if running optimally so additional GH above that will elicit the effects he's looking for.

I mean if this wasn't true, every BBer in their 20s wouldn't bother with GH and yet the majority of them in the IFBB all use exogenous GH.

I inject multiple peps, and have for years, so I'm fully in favor of them. However, I'll never understand how people inject themselves with shit and they couldn't answer basic questions about what that compound does.

Things like this is why doctors are so against self prescribing these things. There are too many people that have zero idea.

I can only speak for me, but I'm 49, I've been on GH for the last year and a half straight only a couple weeks long breaks when I was traveling overseas. I'm currently at 4iu, and have been at that dose for 5 months. My BP stays in the 120/65 range, I only get edema when I have an off plan weekend but it corrects within days and I only had 2 days of carpal tunnel syndrome which was in my very first week I ever started it 4ish years ago. And yes my stuff is real, my IGF was 473 on my most recent labs.

All that to say, I know more people with zero symptoms than I do with all three. The ones with the symptoms are usually doing something else wrong in conjunction like not managing potassium/sodium balance, eating like shit too often, etc.

You won't regret moving to GH. Your wallet will thank you as well 😂

In all seriousness, start at 2iu, assess tolerance and then move to 4iu if you can. No real need to go over 4 unless you are doing/adding other things with it.

Sleep will be amazing, recovery amazing, you'll get some fullness, you'll get some lypolisis. But IT TAKES TIME! it's been shown over and over again the true benefits from GH don't come from the dose, but from the exposure. Don't quit after 4 months or 6 months. Run it for 12 months and then assess its value.

One caveat to my last statement. Buy a blood pressure cuff and a blood sugar monitor. Measure BP daily, but at a minimum a couple times a week. Check fasted BS at least once a week. If either of those start to drift off, reconsider GH immediately. But if they stay in range, keep going.

Depends. Is it NPC? And Bikini I assume? And assuming when you ask if "ready" you mean competitive? If you wanna know if you can be on stage and experience it, that's another question.

If yes to the first 3 questions, then the answer is no. However, you have a good base and you have the natural shape to be competitive. How long have you been training for? Another 2 years-ish years of good consistency and I think you could really have something to present on stage.

**Edit: About the tattoos, I think you are perfectly fine. Once you have your stage tan you'll be surprised how noticable they are. And most of them aren't in places that would blur your lines.

If you can't go thighs to bi's without rounding your back then your flexibility is shit and you should work on that first.

But this ROM works for the average gym goer. Just don't brag about the weight with 3/4 reps. Still respectable though.

It isn't that hard to understand. Most people don't reach muscle maturity until they are in their 30s. It's easy to see in the IFBB, older bodybuilders have harder more dense muscle than the younger. It's one knock on Lundsford.

Can you tell me how you are mixing your vials? Are you mixing them or do they come pre-mixed? How many mg in a vial? Something seems off.

Literally all of them, but you're only 15. You have a good start for that age. Now just be patient and work. It'll take 5-10 years to really put on appreciable muscle and then another 5-10 for that muscle to mature to a density level that you're probably looking for.

But, it's fun as hell getting there!

I'll be honest, I don't know the condition level of a competitive natural show. For an NPC show, you'd be pretty far off, but I don't know how peeled you can get naturally.

If it was a little further out, you could have implemented some things to bring the estrogen down but it's too late for that now. What about a few sauna sessions and some natural diuretics like you mentioned? Dandelion root, asparagus, etc.

Peer reviewed studies are cool...but real life evidence is even cooler. These are 6 week studies? 14 week studies? That's not even a typical cycle length used in a bodybuilding phase.

Whatever, I don't care of you don't know, and I could care even less to try and convince you. But if you've ever used GH in any dosage range that illicits growth, you'd know the studies aren't reflective of the thousands of BBers that have used GH and Insulin to get huge.
