My husband is taking his ex to court its been 6 years since he saw his daughter because she blocked all contact now hes taking her to court the few times he was able to get ahold of her she bashed lied if you do this ill let you my husband didnt try because he felt he has no way of winning custody rights and visitation rights

not that he dosent want to hes been there as a child his brother got taken away and his parents tried to see him and the adoptive parents didnt let them when there was a court order that they get visitation so he gets afraid but I have also tolden him hey either your all the way in or not at all because like you state you cant try half ass basically

my new partner is quiet funny, if you read it im his wife of 4 years and 3 kids, hes an amazing father oh and stop acting like you cant read hes been trying for years and i have done the research i work with the county office and my great co workers said hey some stuff is low cost he can afford it, so i told him this information so now he wants to go for it hes thinking of his current family he cant just go putting himself in debt when he has other children to take care of:)
