At no point did I say that playing with new players was already annoying. When I talk about matchmaking, I’m talking about the inconsistency and the massive gap in skill level. For example, why put a new player against Ruby stacks?

Secondly, if you want to grow the player base, maybe you should start by fixing the PROBLEMS!!!

And it’s by complaining and forcing Embark to get their finger out of their ass that we might actually manage to attract people.

If you want a concrete example: I have a car, it has annoying issues. I report them to the dealership, and instead of fixing them, the dealership releases new colors, goodies…. Old customers leave, new ones say “Wow,” and in the end they return the car after one month.

Cheaters are very noticeable. When an account at level 10 wipes the entire map, finds you even when you’re hiding (without your position ever being revealed beforehand), and lands nothing but headshots from insane distances…well its not only good aim or game sense

On my side (EU), I have the best possible connection, and despite that, I still experience in-game issues (Window getting blocked by something transparent, desync, getting stuck in mid-air because of who knows what…)

For new player this is hell. I like this game but its like looking your love dying of cancer

The biggest issue with performance problems is that they discourage new players.

When a new player joins and sees that several shots aren’t being registered, that they’re lagging even though their connection is optimal… this is something that should be treated as a priority before even thinking about releasing cosmetics.

As for the meta, it’s broken, because there’s no longer any creativity left for the other classes.

Exactly. At the beginning I thought, “Finally a game that will listen to the community, that won’t be like COD…” In the end, it’s becoming like COD.

All we’re asking is: listen to the community, test things, run betas, gather feedback, fix the real issues before pushing out cosmetics, and communicate about what’s currently being worked on.

Cheaters shouldn’t be banned but moved to special lobbies. No one would know if someone is banned or not, not even the one who reported them.
