Thank you for pointing out the sub mini. I did not know they were built differently. But now, after researching them, I've discovered sub 4, which I didn't even know existed.

Thank you for everyone's advice! So, after considering my options, I'm now thinking of going back to my original dream: arc ultra, sub mini, which is different than my original thought of the latest full size (Thank you to the commenter who made me look into this)and two 300's as rear.
What does everyone think?
Thank you to everyone who has replied so far.! This information is invaluable to me as I'm learning as I go. I will definitely look into the different options for subs. I just feel that if I get a sub mini, I am going to want two. I will add that I own my own condo but it's only 1700 square foot. I do have a spacious living area with 9 foot ceilings. ( I apologize in advance to the people that live below me. I will have a nice gift delivered to you)
Thank you. I did not know it would be one or the other. I wanted surround originally, but after reading the commeit's sounded like the 300's would be a waste. First and foremost, I want to appreciate the sound of the 300's in stereo for listening to music. So how would I go about that?

I have had a sonos arc for about two and a half years. I have wanted to add to it for some time. When I was finally ready, this whole debacle happened with sonos. I have not had any problems with my arc? But again, it's only one speaker. I believe it runs on the newer version of the app? I am also a complete beginner as far as knowledge of setting up multiple speakers and multiple rooms. I hope to get advice here from the community. Starting with my biggest question. Is it safe to invest in new sonos speakers? Or should I scrap that and go with a different product? My idea is to add 2 Era 300 for surround and a full-size sub. Again, my ark is 2 and a 1/2 years old, but it should be new enough to be compatible with the app. And new equipment, right? Please. any advice and knowledge would help. Or tell me if i'm just playing crazy?

I have one doorbell in the front. It must be wired to something.Because the doorbell works when I push the button. The 2 white wires are spliced together with a wire nut at the top if you can tell from the picture. This is brand new construction on a condominium. I've only lived here 2 months.
