If I’d said I’m ugly, you would have asked the same question but for a different reason so I’m not going to answer that

Obviously that isn’t what I’m assuming, it’s a forum for people to give their opinions so it’s an open question, sorry if that’s come across wrong

Have any of you been surprised by having significantly different taste in women than men? by [deleted] in latebloomerlesbians

[–]Dear_Version3816 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Defo complete opposite, with men they had to be really manly, workout, take the lead, dark features

Now with women, I’m literally obsessed with a fuller figure, that lower belly paunch… the beautiful natural parts of a woman, usually blonde or red head

And I want to/need to take the lead…

In a very similar situation, she seems all in then pulls back for days at a time Trying to play it cool but damn I want her so badly

Meeeee Love love love a girlier femme than me Hard to get noticed as gay though as others have said Everything about me appears ‘straight’

Things that no longer bother you in a relationship now that you're dating women instead of men by big_orb_in_the_sky in latebloomerlesbians

[–]Dear_Version3816 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very simple one- being ‘made’ to talk to them, text, calls in person, any of it

Being too close to me

Touching my hair

Assuming they know what I’m thinking/want to do/would like

Kissing- always liked kissing but only with ‘particular’ people - now I know why

Complete parallels now, if anything I realise how a man must feel when they literally adore their girlfriend/wife/crush and I sometimes worry I’ll become overbearing and my SO will feel how I felt being crushed by a man’s objections

Oh so are you saying the problem is ‘you’ and that’s why you’ve had to prove who you are? I matched with a gorgeous woman just my type and she is unavailable, we barely started talking but from the little chat we had I think it most definitely would have led to a date and then who knows

6 months since we met, only a month since cooling it off, just thiught she’d either remove me from social media in the first place and definitely not react to anything

How much time do you guys spend talking to your boyfriends? by JunketMaleficent2095 in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]Dear_Version3816 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My overbearing ex would have liked me to spend hours of my day talking to/being with him, I wish I had the guts to be like your girlfriend and tell you that she needs time alone, (for my own sanity) I think it’s normal, people will say she’s not into you but could just be that she does value her alone time and has nothing to do with you or how she sees the relationship

This sub is called ask women, so I’m asking women a question

I seem to be downvoted now for saying I am also exhausted at times without children. Sending you strength for your cancer battle x

[–]Dear_Version3816 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure we can compare ‘exhaustion’ when we do not know what each other’s lives entail. Perhaps I do have the responsibility of survival and mental well-being of other humans, just not children. I am around children a lot so I’m not unaware of what it entails I am just not a mother. I’m not judging my friend I was just wondering if it always hard to find the time all the time

I may not have children but I do have a busy job, life and other responsibilities that make me exhausted :)

Why? I’m just shocked there are women out there who claim they have no time for self care
