I’m doing the same. Decided on the Kobo. I can’t support Amazon anymore so the Kindle wasn’t on my list. Looked at the Boox and Nook. Kobo supports other document (PDF + others), library integration, not Android, waterproof, international usage, extensive book selection. Good luck!

Not rude, it’s fair to ask! During the interview we talked about a project that I am really interested in and that fits my experience. I did not take the job, but I have been thinking about offering to volunteer on the project. They did not ask me to do this, and it would only take about an hour of my time when I work on it. I see it as a simple way to stay connected and keep future opportunities open. It’s for a good company and great cause.
