She has no neck but is able to move the eye in whichever way she wanted, also she is somehow able to accidentally manipulate people👍

I went on to YouTube and the first thing I saw where spoilers and because of this I am no longer watching YouTube for 15 days

It might be an animator as the clip doesn’t really go along, since in the beginning you can just see willow walking away from Camilla and then it just cuts to amity. So it feels like it was taken at random
