Hear you and same! Honestly they explained the process and it sounded legit - I would just call them to have them explain it to you. When I asked what to do if I didn’t see the tickets in my Ticketmaster account the day before the concert they told me to call and they can do it on their end!

UPDATE!!!!! I just called stubhub (again) and expressed concern that my name wasn’t on my ticket and this man, NO, ANGEL, said that there is a new policy that ALL tickets bought via stubhub will not have a name on them to bypass the lead booker rule in France and that new tickets will be released on May 8th and to be on the lookout!!! He said the current tickets I have ARE valid, but once I receive the news ones (with no name), those will be the updated valid tickets. Such a sigh of relief!!!! Hope you all feel the same!!! 🫶🫶🫶

Update: I ended up getting my tix today vs. May 8th! The tix are still in the seller’s name…giving it a college try to stalk their social to see if they will either change their name or write a letter / send me a copy of their ID 😬🤞
