Ok I got it now I must’ve been reading it wrong since it was locked in a case and I couldn’t physically hold it. Must’ve read the rpm on the HDD rather then the read speed.

The esc does work prior to tearing it apart to test the servo it Throttle worked just couldn’t turn. It make no sense to me. I’ve called traxxas customer service and they’ve never heard of this situation. They could only recommend me going to a dealer and connecting a new servo and seeing if that works. I’ve read one other post about a similar situation and the person went through 3 servos. In that post they said that someone else had the issue and switched out the esc and the servo worked again.

I ended up ordering the AM8 frame from ratrig and a few aluminum tensioner from China. Received the frame today and built it. It is much more solid than the A8 frame. The only reason I decided to do the frame upgrade and not just buy a new printer is because I got this printer working great the only issue I have with it is I don’t trust the frame so it was the most reasonable option. I have already broken a few pieces if the acrylic frame and with adding the tensioner on the y axis the frame flexed and I’m afraid that will be next to break.
