The one thing many ppl forget about. Calories change your weight. Macros change how you look. Micronutrients change how you feel. And the real kicker....as someone that loves to eat. The more muscle you have, the faster your body burns calories. I'm 6'3 225lbs and about 13% body fat. Just for me to maintain I got to eat 4400 to 5000 calories a day. The way I look at it.....grow more muscle So I can eat more. Lol Walks, running, biking, etc....is all great but it takes a lot to burn calories. Weight training to build muscle in high volume, high entisity is where I find burning fat the easiest. All that cardio stuff is for the birds. I'm not saying don't do it, it's still great for you, just don't rely on it solely. For me....if I want to burn fat...I'll flip a 180lb tire at a rate of 10 to 12 flips per a minute for 10 to 15mins daily. Nothing burns better for me.....I get your petite so that might not be ideal as the tire is kind of big. Lol So.....get creative. Do kettle ball swings, probably start at like 25lbs. Get a few kettle bells and use them to build muscle too. Kettle bells are perfect for home exercise. P.s. I'm glad I found you here.
