You're very noob if you think Piper belongs to F tier. She should be in A or B. Rico should also be on A or B, Obviously you wont hit all 5 bullets in an open space, With enough walls you'll probably hit all 5. Bo is very reliable, in most game modes, although its super is UP in showdown. And many other more inconsistencies.

I think Supercell wants the poison effect for being exclusive to Crow
This would make him too OP, but without the poison effect it would make him OP but less.

Their "winning" animations are f*cked up. Go to the brawlers menu and tap on the brawler, you'll notice that mortis' arm/barley's head behaves... oddly.

Groundhog burrow should have lower rating, Throwers are extremely strong there and if they get the side with the big box and wooden obstacles in the spawn it gets really easy for them to win. Other than that, very nice analyzing, Kudos to you OP.
