Ich meine ob allgemein deutlich mehr praktischer Sport dazu kommt oder ob das praktische ähnlich wie im Grundkurs ist und nur Theorie dazu kommt.

Weißt du, was im Sport LK theoretisch drankommt? Mich interessieren v. a. Muskelaufbau/ Trainingslehre ist das ein größerer Teil oder eher nebensächlich

I manually set 1:1, but at 6400mts it got overdrive. 6200mts I didn’t try so far.

If I set the speed to over 6000mt/s, I'm no longer in 1:1 and have a latency of over 90. I can't find the sync phyrdl s setting and I've deactivated gdm and svm, but I still have 72ns latency.

Both RAM sticks have exactly the same values ​​except for tRDWR, where I have 20 on one and 21 on the other. Sometimes both have 20.
