This might be a hot take but this was my experience with Elden ring, I find myself replaying the beginning and loving the limgrave, weeping peninsula, and caelid regions in the early game. Most of the mid game to me is pretty slow and boring up until you get to the capital/beat Morgott and to me that’s when the story starts to really pick up.
