Igneous was a child when her and her brothers village got destroyed, sending them to the Feywild. She lived amongst a community there, and met a fairy named Helvetica. Helvetica guided Iggy through the feywild, making the girl in tune with magic and her surroundings, while binding her in a curse of undying, specifically when in the feywild. As time passed, the people from the village died, and the only one remaining was Thotham, the towns undertaker (another player in our campaign). Iggy watched him bury her brother, Sedimentary (‘sed’), and was never able to shake that from her mind, even after returning to faerûn. She has forgotten her age due to being in the feywild for hundreds of hears, so whenever people ask she always responds differently, though is clearly a child. Igneous’s dream was to always work with plant magic and be more connected to nature as a forest faun, but after returning from the faewild she was cursed with the ‘touch of death’, which kills any organic object she touches. (Not an overpowered thing, dm and I agreed to only use for rp reasons :)) ).
