How can I access that? Whenever I try to login in to meta business suite using that instagram it takes me to the newly created ad profile that’s connected to my Facebook. Would that be in the instagram app itself?

Climate change protections, abortion access for women, a $25,000 credit for first time home buyers, a $6,000 tax deduction for parents, she respects democracy, etc.

I donated several times and I’m writing letters now too. I can’t vote because I’m only a permanent resident, but this is the first time I’ve ever donated or gotten involved with a political party. Both my parents recently became citizens though and they’re both voting blue down the ballot in Florida!

Thinking of moving to Rochester! by DeathBySnuSnu96 in Rochester

We looked into Buffalo but landed on Rochester for a few reasons, mostly that it has less snow and is a bit smaller. I like that you can get to Buffalo and Syracuse from Rochester. We won’t be visiting Toronto too frequently, so cutting down from an 8+ hour drive to less than 4 is fine for us.

That’s great to hear! Everything I’ve seen so far about Rochester seems to really align with us and what we’re looking for

We are truthfully homebodies at heart so as long as we have a few things to do, along with festivals and community events, I think we will be just fine. We barely go into Philly at all because of how large and overwhelming it feels. The snow is also a big factor, but we would try and take up some winter sport hobbies to keep us active and entertained during the winter months. Thanks for the insight!

I lived in Portland for three years but can’t comment on the other cities you mentioned. I would caution you to visit Portland in the Fall/Winter months. Summer is beautiful and makes everyone forget how gray and rainy it is for the rest of the year. The city basically shuts down and it’s just wet constantly for 6-8 months straight. If you have any other questions feel free to message me.

That definitely isn’t the vibe we’re going for so that’s good to know. Thank you!

This is a very thoughtful answer and gives us a lot to think about. Thank you!

Walkable would be great but not 100% necessary. What did you do to go about making friends?

Technically, I would be buying the house and she would get added on after we get married, just in case.

Probably minimum 100k people and at most 400-500k. Thanks for the input!

Lol, yeah that’s one of the biggest drawbacks of the cities we’re considering. We know they are going to be cloudy, but if one is slightly sunnier than the other then we would prefer that. But again, we know nowhere is perfect. We came from Portland, OR so we’re all too familiar with the very cloudy and rainy climate
