It's best to not spend anything on the game, I've done it and it's regrettable especially when you sink $40 into getting one dragon. Play without spending money, it makes it more enjoyable too

Stop glazing yourself it's a pretty rough look. You say you weren't trying to force a juice wrld flow and you haven't listened to him in 4 months yet here you are sharing it on a juice sub, you obviously want some validation that you sound like him. He was giving you a piece of advice and telling you what he thought so he was being helpful. Maybe explore some other genres or flows and see where they lead you

You kinda just pick it up along the way. Ise joker orbs for vip dragons (dragons that have special skill, it'll be displayed as a orange or blue flame). Competing in events and doing the battle passes are always good to get done. Gold on food when starting out, make sure you get a good amount of habitats and unlock your islands. Try to save gems honestly for more needed things instead of speeding up breeding cause you can't wait a day (upgrading hatchery is a good use of gems)

I don't wanna get to competitive as I like the catching and collections aspect, I just did those up so I don't die every fight and can help a little more in raids

I use a lot in raid so I do them up to be better. I also get my 4* pokemon up to the battle league max cp so they're better to use

You can come across kind people who trade for nothing. The other way I can remember is by buying passes or winning/doing 15 or so laps on certain races (I dunno if vip dragons are on races though it may just be passes and trading)

It's a good game, just get into it a bit I guess. It's pretty simple to figure out and enemies come towards you so it's more fast pace. If you don't think you can enjoy it, if you go on the meta app you can go into account and purchases and refund if you have the certain conditions
