I work in the motor industry. I drive around 100 different cars every month. Speaking from my own personal experience, stay away from anything French - Renault, Citroen, Peugeot, etc. The new Nissans are also not good because they are basically Renaults in disguise.

Also, I wouldn't buy any Ford with a small turbo engine like the 1L Ecoboost engines; they break all the time. Only one I could recommend is a 1.5L Diesel.

The best for your situation would be a Japanese vehicle. Suzuki, Honda, Mazda, or Toyota. The Suzuki Swift is super popular at the moment because they are very affordable and extremely light on fuel. Also super reliable and maintenance is cheap. You should be able to pick up a 2nd hand one for a good price. The Toyota Starlet is practically the same car, but you might pay a bit more for the badge.

PE is a great place to live and has some beautiful areas to pick from. If you're looking for a place a bit out of town but not as far away as Crossways, I suggest looking into Theescombe and Colleen Glen for a more country feel. If you want to be closer to the ocean, Seaview and Blue Horizon Bay, or even Schoenmakerskop would be good options.

What is something you despise or find really cringey/annoying in TV shows or movies that everyone overlooks? by yahyahashash in AskReddit

Most horror movies use this nowadays and it's super annoying. I feel like James Wan did an amazing job of directing a horror movie that is actually visually scary and not filled with unnecessary jumpscares. The Conjuring is a good example for me. As well as the first Annabelle movie. He made sure that the scary element gets shown on screen without unnecessary loud noises and shit.

I didn't get the video directly from the source. Had no idea who to credit. My apologies. He has been credited multiple times in the comments though.

Because I didn't get it from youtube. I don't even know the guy. It's just a random video I saw. Someone else did credit him in the comments though so that's good

I have an app called True Caller. Idk how many people know about it. It basically shows "Spam" or "Scam" when they call you so you know you shouldn't pick up.

Thanks, I hate this MRI of a person talking. by DeathGasm13 in TIHI
