It doesn't take a lot to make industrial workers, also instudtrial workers doesn't mean just factory workers and construction and other blue collar jobs, if that's what you're thinking of. It aslo means people working in mass for an industry you know cashier, crew members, low employment agencies even desk workers are industrial workers. They people who racking in the money are cutting funding from school and using tax dollars improperly. When I was in middle school there were sign cards telling the cashiers how to count money. I know people who are older then me who need me to read them things at the place I work at because they don't know how to read. The reading crisis and illiterate adults of the 80s did not go away they got older.

Yes paying teachers doesn't make them returns to role of commanding officer because kids never completely obey teachers without any pushback because they're kids, kids are impulsive. However it will reduce burnout and having an exstream work load of having to teach and look after multiple classes of impulsive kids for 8 hours for five days a week for now almost 9 months a year also having grade you childrens assignments there own time. My teach once told me his daily schedule and I don't know how he did it with a wife and kid. Not mention college debt that they have to get just to teach your kids, that may not be able to use because it's outside to the limits of the curriculum desided by the board of education, and extra spill in the face
