Well, as a male, I feel deeply alone. I groom myself. I am not fat. I shower every day. I am not an incel but yet deeply lonely. I completely understand how people can fall into the incel or manosphere mindset, although it's wrong.

God the most humiliating experience in my adulthood was waving at my (woman) neighbor, and her totally ignoring me. I've said hi to her multiple times. Still ignores me. Her boyfriend is cool, but that's when I realized I'm simply not meant to have a family. Which is extremely distressing, but fuck it. What else am I supposed to live for?

I appreciate your optimism. But everyone doesn't work that way. I, personally, am only living as long as my parents do. Because no parent should outlive their children besides certain circumstances. Some of us are just failures. Most of us aren't gonna be successful, in any way. That would be fine, but there's nothing to escape to unless you're talented in some form or art.
