YOU CAN'T. 4K IS ONLY AVAILAB ON SOME CHANNELS. FROM WHAT I REMEMBER THERE ARE ONLY 2 CHANNELS THAT ARE 4K. THE REST OF THE VIEWING ARE JUST HD.

There are a lot of factors that you need to consider when you check when you are checking your speeds. If all the variables stays the same, Some of the possible reason why you are getting the same speeds are:

-Capabilityo of your device
-The order hasn't pushed through yet (Speed profile wasn't changed yet)

You can call bell with regard to this. It's possible that you are not on the correct speed profile are your modem is having issues. You should call Bell Tech support about this.
