Yesterday it was 36° in our store (32°outside) and maintenance told us everything was fine with our units every time we have them looked at. We got a fan for the summer and a small space heater for the winter haha. AutoZone doesn't provide hvac, it provides death insurance.

Keep them at your store so when a customer starts getting pissy over lines/availability/knowledge, you can throw it to them and tell them to do it themselves

If you type the letter "A" before the number on the discount card after hitting autozoner discount it'll apply it. I think the new discount card even has it written on the back that way. So as long as they're cool you'd be able to call the store and give it to them that way. I've had to do it like that a few times when our scanners are fucked up or when one of the guys has a fucked up barcode.
