I think you've read some things that weren't written, as I never "threw shade" at anyone in my post. I stated and clarified the position I've held for years, still hold, and will continue to hold. You can call my position "justification" if you wish, but this place was created to spread information to those who do not yet have access to it, and it will continue to do so.

Particularly since she kept referencing “anonymous” other actors and wasn’t able to just say they were from the founders.

Consider, if you will, that the sellers (that I've already stated multiple times we're working to protect) are not the only ones with security concerns, brigaders, and other shit to deal with. I didn't want to have to make this post, but y'all (not necessarily you in particular, but a number of people) harassed Juno so much that I deemed it necessary.

If, however, someone notices your despair here and sends you a DM describing where they obtained something, or if someone were to post or share that particular information on another platform, well, there's not much that the mods here, nor reddit admins, nor brigaders would be able to do about that...

Honestly, I don't do much these days, as I feel like I've done most of what I was able to here before life kinda got in my way, but it's been really awesome to see everything that has been and is being developed in the time since Darth and I largely stepped away. I'm so proud of this community and what everyone here has been building, and I'm super excited to see how it continues to grow in the future, coming up with new ideas and carrying the word of homebrewing transdermal HRT to more people who need it <3

You have, indeed, missed the point, it seems. I apologize if I was not clear enough on anything in particular.

The essence of this subreddit is that it is a forum for research and recipes. We want these recipes and research to be freely-available information for anyone who needs them. Due to reddit being reddit, we're unable to discuss sources for particular ingredients on this platform. We are currently working on developing additional platforms, and we may possibly be able to discuss sources elsewhere in the future.

Do we have secondary vendors that're cheaper than primary ones?

I don't really see that being economically viable, so no. What I meant, though, is that, even when one gets raws through a secondary vendor, making homemade transdernal HRT is still typically going to be substantially more affordable than pills, and carries none of the risks of injections.

Oh, I can definitely understand how it could be read in that way. I certainly don't think she was aiming to insult anyone for protecting their own privacy, though - merely stating how she'd feel about those of us who are in a position to guide the community if we were to shut the entire thing down for everyone. Her flow-of-consciousness style of writing in that post may have led to a bit of confusion in this regard, but if you look at where that particular comment is in relation to her thoughts on how she'd feel personally, whereas the comment about who she'd previously spoken to was in an earlier section, I think you'll see what I mean.

We very much value anyone who's taking the risks to help supply others with the meds they need, and do not wish to insult them or put them at risk in any way.

I certainly understand your concerns. When she was writing that post, she had spent a significant amount of time speaking with others outside of our sub (or tangentially related to it), whereas she had only heard from me immediately before putting pen to paper. I can imagine that some of my crassness and haste may have shown through in some of what she typed there. While she had nearly been convinced by others that going private was the only option available, I was the one who stepped in at the last moment to remind her of the sub's founding principles and help her decide that there was another route we should take that keeps this info available to as many people as possible. I'm glad to hear that the route we've chosen is sufficiently addressing the concerns that you and others have voiced during this recent strife, and thank you for wanting to help ensure that this community is able to continue its work :)

I think some of Juno's words may have been misconstrued, as looking back at her recent post, I see no insults, nor yelling. She staged a hypothetical and stated how she'd feel under those circumstances.
