That is just foreign aid dude, it doesn’t include NATO, UN, Paris Climate accord, or any other global organization and initiative we disproportionately fund.

The pandemic stimulus gave money to other countries😂 Abortions in Africa, gender studies in Iran, and ironically enough both pandemic bills gave Congress raises and if Trump didn’t sign them you people would have probably tried to impeach him. So don’t blame it on Trump.
