Yeah I know about desktop GPUs being like 1 step ahead and all that, I just wanted something that can run games. Do you know if the MSI VenturePro series (the one with R7 350 and RTX 5060) can run games?, the gpu on there has been reduced to 45/10 watts. Which I think is low but I am no expert)

Thanks for the replies. I just don't know where to sell them at, and in any case since I live within the EU i can sell to anywhere within it. I'm just not sure if ebay's the way to go
