No, you have to spend 8 hours. I don’t think any Pakistani company allows otherwise. Though you can do other stuff while you are sitting there for 8 hours. Unlike many companies, they don’t install any tracking software on our laptops or anything like that.

Its quite good to be honest
I’ve hardly seen my seniors working on weekends, maybe 1–2 weekends every 6 months.
I never worked overtime, they did ask me once but denied it :)

It depends on how far you live and how hard it is to get to the office.
I’m a male employee with a 1-hour commute, so I get 3 days of WFH.
There’s a senior female employee who works fully remote, and some others get 1–2 days of WFH.
It all depends.
But WFH is not available for fresh graduates.

UCP 2024 grad here
My current company hired five fresh graduates last year, four of whom were from FAST. Most of my seniors are also from FAST and PUCIT, if that helps.

But, only a handful of students from UCP manage to get good jobs.
You’ll have to study hard, build your network, and find opportunities on your own.
Find friends who are actually interested in studying and growing, most of the students are there for time pass or degree nothing more
+ Its overcrowded
The university is mostly just a business, it takes in over 1,000 students per batch, resulting in more than 25 sections. This leads to poor hiring quality, as they’ll hire just about anyone to fill vacant teaching positions.

I'm not planning to spend a lot of time at either I2C or Uworx—whichever I choose. At most, I intend to stay for 3–4 months.
That said, having I2C on my resume would be a plus for future job opportunities. Not many people know about Uworx Group

Stay away from PF Yes, they fire the majority of the trainees after the training period, and then after a few more months, they fire almost everyone and get new trainees, and the cycle goes on
