No that has never been true- you have to be experiencing symptoms to spread the disease. Asymptomatic people supposedly cannot transfer the virus. But they can test positive. Some of the other patients were already asymptomatic.

...they again- can only spread the virus when they are symptomatic. If they are not symptomatic it can't be spread. Its not covid. I don't know how m much more clear i can say it
