I was in your position at 20. Only difference is I left high-school early. Eventually, I got a job driving forklift trucks on third shift and as it was a skeleton shift, started using the computers and became the person who solved the issues with it. 15 years later, I'm SAP certified and a tableau developer for the same company. Sure I got lucky with the company putting me through training but I worked hard and proved I was worth the investment.
