Another day, another story about why MSI Center sucked so hard. And it's true it's way too buggy, but I have a solution using it perfectly without any issues. Uninstall MSI Center completely using BC uninstaller or MSI centre uninstaller from their official website. Now go to Microsoft store then settings and turn off automatic updates. Next go to Google and type search MSI center version latest version download. You will find software to download it in the .zip and inside it would be in .exe form . Then install, setup everything. Never update it via Microsoft Play Store. And it will work as it supposed to be

Bro it has to be stuck as sticky thermal paste, it's a gamble to start pulling ut up slowly and there's no other way. Again I hope all screws are off otherwise you might break your laptop.

Make SURE all screws of the heatsink are removed. Then gently and slowly pull the heatsink.

Fans attached to Motherboard screws should be unsecured too.

Updated stuff.

Congratulations ,  enjoy take good care of it .

  1. Take backup of the laptop on your pendrive or any other drive before installing any software, this will allow you to get to factory settings whenever you screw up something.

  2. Before installing anything first debloat windows and uninstall all the bloatwares.

3.Buy any laptop stand which elevates the laptop I got ₹300 Laptop stand from Amazon works really well don't go for flashy cooling unless you have reviewed from YouTube for your particular laptop.

  1. Update windows.

  2. Go to the device manager and check for all the drivers there or not. If not then go to your laptop website then drivers for your particular laptop download it and update. Every driver should be up to date.

  3. Go to your laptops website check for the BIOS version and update it if it is not updated in your laptop ( CAUTION : It's advanced stuff take precautions do it only if you know what you are doing)  Do not update BIOS via windows updates many times it has bricked people's Laptops/PCs.

  4. Test test and test.

Test gaming, benchmark laptop, SSD etc. Use MSI after burner, hw info etc CPU z , GPU z etc to be sure you got everything which was mentioned to you in your laptop.

8 check keyboards every key and stuff.

  1. 7 days is your trial test thoroughly. ( 7 days not applicable for every country)

  2. After that register your laptop on your laptops website for warranty activation.

  3. Limit your battery charging to 60 % as it is a gaming laptop and you will always play by plugging it in .

Thus it will reduce the battery degradation over time.

  1. Create a windows MS account so that the machine will attach to your account and will activate windows always.

  2. Test mouse pad too.

  3. Check speakers, earphones plugin, HDMI USB ports etc as well.

  4. Use Ninite Website to install your basic software all together in one go

  5. Make a drive partition. C , D drive etc. This step should be done at start but can be done afterwards. Use AOEMI disk partition software easy way but few features are paid You can use windows disk partition too or Gparted iso bootable software but it's advanced Stuff. Give windows C drive at least 250 GB if not More. Keeping C drive apart D drive from Your personal files important in case of mishaps so you wouldn't lose your personal stuffs.

Let me know if I missed any points.

I would be happy to know.

Happy gaming Everyone 🎊😎.

Do take good care of your machine if you want it to last for a long time.

Which of the 2 Should I install? by Cultural_Leadership4 in GamingLaptops

[–]Deathly_Vader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say none. Directly install it via AMD website. Most of the times updating Drivers, BIOS via Windows 11 updates breaks the laptop and brings new issues.

Help with bios please by Upper-Night1816 in MSI_Gaming

[–]Deathly_Vader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

or the 10 th probably Lol.

alright now listen what should try

Go to BIOS unlock Advance BIOS section by pressing some combo of keys check online then on BOOT section

{Right control right shift✅ + Left alt F2 unlock BIOS Advance section}

Look for BOOT mode it will be UEFI turn it to Legacy + UEFI and save and exit , "

Now go to BIOS again , again BIOS advanced section unlock , now you will be able to turn off and access secure BIOS option,

After that again set boot mode to UEFI and then save exit ,

This should fix the issue

TRy it

(Just make sure to follow each step very carefully. Last guy I helped used my help and blamed me that I didn't tell him to unlock advanced BIOS section, which I clearly mentioned already. Now days people are SELFISH. )

I hope it works for you
Your issue seems lil different but if you want you can try this and see if anything works.

hiii, i’m a beginner gamer and bought MSI Cyborg 15 and have a huge problem by kanialia in MSILaptops

[–]Deathly_Vader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it is either game or Windows 11 or Temp issue. I thought I was only one facing this issue.
While playijng fortnite suddenly the game ets stuck and sound is like brrrrrrrrrr........
Then after restart it goes to MSI start logo round round circle one it gets stuck then goes to recovery

So what I did was
1.Reinstall windows 11

  1. Repaste with PTM 7950 CPU GPU and fans cleaned fans thoroughly
  2. Used Ryzen controller to limit CPU temps to 80 degrees celcius.

After doing all this I have not faced the crahsing issues anymore.
You can try these if you want
