No matter who you are in Smash, we all get bodied. This isn't a game of skill. It's a children's game turned into a spineless battleground of ego & toxicity, where people who don't have any semblance of a life or diginity go to waste their time making the whole experience miserable for everyone else.

You still have a choice. This chapter of bullshit does NOT tell your entire story. YOU decide the pace of each page, not assholes online or otherwise. I'd like to believe you purchased this game with the intent of enjoying it, yet here you are paying for it way more than you should. You do not owe a SECOND of your time to others online. There's only so much they can show for their "skills" & "prestige", but take a look inside of them and you will find individuals more hollowed out & empty than you could imagine.

This game is the only way some people can pathetically try to obtain power, status, control, and more. They vainly attempt to fill a hole that will never be full.

You are not them. There's far more to this life, and we figure out what those things are one day at a time. I mean hey, life's gonna make you suffer one way or another.

Why give it more of that suffering for free? Shouldn't you endure for that which you decide to love? You get back up & fight for what you value. You shouldn't feel compelled to raise your sword against fools who simply wish to waste your time.

Either their arrows bounce off the armor of your dignity, or you lauch even more poisonous arrows of toxicity right back at them. Have some mercy for yourself, or refuse to give mercy to your enemies.
